Shakra Energy is a development company focused on renewable energy projects both here and abroad. We’re the result of experienced executives from both Australian and global renewable energy and construction companies coming together to create something new. We’re advancing the entire solar value chain by providing industry-leading solar energy solutions to customers both local and global.
So far, Shakra Energy’s successes include a 6MW solar system at Brisbane Airport capable of generating more than 9,315,000 kilowatt hours per year and a 100KW solar carport and rooftop structure project.

Our CEO
Shakra CEO Sam Khalil has more than 20 years’ worth of experience in the areas of property development and commercial solar energy. Four eight years he was acquisition and general manager at Executive Builders and Developers. He has also been involved in major developments across Australia focusing on Brisbane and the Gold Coast and including subdivision, construction and property development.
